I don’t actively market my work. Most new clients come through referrals from people I’ve worked with before, who can describe my approach and its usefulness better than I can. Those introductions tend to lead to work that’s a good fit on both sides.
Most engagements are highly customized. Some organizations invite me in for a single keynote or workshop, while others engage me over months or years as a coach, facilitator, or trusted advisor.
Generally, my practice is structured around the following four lines of operation:
CONSULT: bespoke consulting projects
TEACH: workshops & speaking
COACH: remote leadership and performance coaching
GIVE: free talks, monthly newsletter and young-leader mentorship
Recent work has included facilitating leadership programs for Canadian Special Operations Forces, personal leadership coaching for Olympic and Paralympic coaches and executives, advising tech-startup executive teams, and teaching leadership workshops for organizations across Canada.
